Aptura is seeking subject matter experts in sales or revenue operations to design and evaluate realistic Excel tasks for testing AI in B2B sales scenarios. You will craft tasks reflecting real-world workflows and ensure they have clear, objective success criteria.

This remote, contract-based engagement runs for 4–6 weeks with weekly payments. You will create, judge, and refine tasks using sanitised public data or real data provided and oversee the rubric development process.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations or SaaS finance for B2B sales
• Hands-on Excel: ARR waterfalls, commission calculators, nested formulas
• Strong written English communication skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn AI concepts and Evals

Responsabilidades

• Writing realistic Excel tasks drawn from your own work: extending existing models, fixing broken ones and building from a brief
• Working through each task yourself so there is a clear, correct answer
• Writing yes-or-no criteria precise enough that a grader can mark any attempt against them
