Job summary

Aptura is seeking Subject Matter Experts in marketing analytics to craft and test realistic Excel tasks for evaluating AI performance on CAC, attribution, and campaign analyses. You will leverage your own work experience to build tasks, extend models, and specify precise yes/no criteria for scoring.

The role is fully remote, independent contractor-based, with weekly payments and an onboarding process that ensures task briefs and inputs are human-built and data-sanitised.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing analytics, growth or performance marketing.
• Deep hands-on Excel: CAC payback, data cleaning and reshaping, pivot tables and chart selection.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Attention to detail, and willingness to learn concepts in AI and Evals

Responsibilities

• Writing realistic Excel tasks drawn from your own work: extending existing models, fixing broken ones and building from a brief
• Working through each task yourself so there is a clear, correct answer
• Writing yes-or-no criteria precise enough that a grader can mark any attempt against them
