Job summary

Genpact seeks a Service Delivery Leader for Retirement operations within the BCM vertical. You will manage day-to-day service delivery, lead a team of associates and team leads, and drive continuous improvement to meet SLAs and client expectations.

You will collaborate with Quality, Risk, and Technology, monitor metrics, support audits, and foster a culture of performance and domain capability building across the retirement workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Commerce, Economics, Finance or related field.
• MBA or MS in analytics is a plus.
• Relevant professional certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service delivery for Retirement operations within BCM, meeting SLAs and client expectations.
• Lead a team of associates and team leads, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Quality, Risk and Technology to resolve issues and implement process enhancements.
• Monitor metrics and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance and support audits with accurate documentation and timely responses.
• Drive standardization across Retirement workflows and support transformation initiatives.
