Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of strong leadership skills in Financial Services delivering Retirement solutions.
• Minimum 3+ years of external consulting/program management experience on large-scale programs with a proven track record of successful engagement delivery within the industry.
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business changes that drive transformation for retirement solutions.
• Manage dynamic consulting projects with heavy client engagement.
• Analyze technology needs and select relevant tools/techniques to meet client requirements.
• Consult with clients to develop high-performance solutions and delivery of technology initiatives.
