Fyxer Limited is hiring a customer support specialist to own the front line across chat, email and video, resolving issues end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.

You will diagnose complex technical issues, escalate when needed, and turn recurring problems into knowledge base content and process improvements. This role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork and proactive problem solving.

This fully remote position starts with Austin-based considerations; you must live in Austin to be considered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer or technical support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with B2B SaaS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the front line of customer support across chat, email and video, resolving issues end-to-end.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, escalating to Product Engineering only when needed.
• Identify patterns in customer issues and convert them into KB content and procedural improvements.
• Act as a liaison between Support, Sales, Product and Customer Success to prevent gaps.
• Help shape scale of support through tooling, workflows and playbooks.
