Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to join the Americas OCTO – PAD team, driving ANDE/Agile governance, delivery plans and Jira administration. You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs and align product roadmaps with delivery objectives.

You will lead Agile ceremonies, track progress, and report metrics across multiple workstreams while ensuring timely value delivery and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or related delivery leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and governance.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira & Confluence including dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with PMO processes, RAID management and stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting product development and Agile delivery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer Jira boards, dashboards, workflows and reporting.
• Track sprint progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management and executive reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and project management processes.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog based on business value.
