Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager with PMO, product delivery, and Agile expertise to support the Americas OCTO PAD team. You will drive ANDE/Agile ceremonies, maintain governance, manage delivery plans, and report across multiple workstreams to enable timely outcomes.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Product Owners, UX, and engineering to refine the backlog, align roadmaps with strategy, and ensure user stories are ready for development while pushing continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.
Advanced proficiency with Jira & Confluence, including dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.
Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
Experience supporting product development and Agile product delivery.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver customer-centric products and solutions.
Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience and interest working with AI tools, agents, products, etc.

Responsibilities

Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.
Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and project management processes.
Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery objectives.
Coordinate product roadmap planning to ensure alignment between product strategy and delivery execution.
Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.
Operate in a "Flow Master" capacity (according to the ANDE framework) and support key roles across product, architecture, and engineering to ensure ANDE pilots are run effectively and on-time.
