EY is seeking a Project Manager with PMO, Agile, and Jira expertise to support ANDE/Agile delivery for the OCTO PAD team in the Americas. You will drive governance, delivery plans, and stakeholder reporting across multiple workstreams.

You will facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies, manage product backlog with Product Owners, and align roadmaps with delivery objectives while partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely milestones.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira & Confluence, including dashboards, reporting, and workflow management.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting product development and Agile product delivery.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver customer‑centric products and solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of ANDE/Agile and project management processes.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate product roadmap planning to ensure alignment between product strategy and delivery execution.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories are well‑defined, estimated, and ready for development.
• Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.
• Operate in a "Flow Master" capacity (according to the ANDE framework) and support key roles across product, architecture, and engineering to ensure ANDE pilots are run effectively and on‑time.
