Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager with strong PMO, Agile, and Jira experience to support ANDE and delivery across the Americas OCTO PAD. You will drive Agile ceremonies, maintain governance, and ensure accurate reporting across multiple workstreams.

You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to shape roadmaps, refine user stories, and track delivery milestones for AI-native development initiatives. This is a remote US‑based role with exposure to global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project/Delivery leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira & Confluence including dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, RAID management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting product development and Agile delivery.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ANDE/Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track sprint progress and delivery metrics; provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet milestones and delivery timelines.
• Support resource planning, RAID management, governance activities, and executive reporting.
• Drive continual improvement of ANDE/Agile and PM processes.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog by value.
