ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, seeks a Performance Creative Producer to turn rough ideas into fast, testable video content for social and performance campaigns. This AI-native role blends creativity with data, collaborating with UA and editors to launch hooks across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.

You can work fully remote or hybrid from Miami or NYC, and you’ll own the end-to-end workflow from concept to final render, iterating quickly based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing video or content production, preferably in gaming or performance marketing.
• Fluent with AI tools for video, image and voice generation.
• Experience making video for paid social channels across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube.
• Ability to generate ideas, hooks and scripts independently.

Responsibilities

• Turn rough ideas into testable video in days.
• Write hooks and scripts and combine gameplay, creator footage and AI material.
• Use AI video, image and voice tools, plus AI-assisted storyboarding, to test ideas.
• Create rough cuts focusing on core idea testing.
• Analyze performance metrics to shape next content.
• Develop platform-native versions for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
• Maintain organized, tagged video library.
• Collaborate with UA and marketing editors weekly.
• Drive social content production and viral content creation.
