Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an MLR expert to own review quality across the US for Falcon MLR, Veeva's AI application for medical, legal, and regulatory review. You will collaborate with the founding team, shape the product, and ensure reviewer alignment with regulatory standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment inside Veeva, owning end-to-end decisions that impact a global customer base including top Pharmaceutical companies.

Qualifications

• Experience in MLR/PRC review of promotional material in pharma/biotech or for an agency serving one.
• Knowledge of US FDA/OPDP requirements and the PhRMA Code.
• Experience reviewing both HCP- and consumer-directed materials against Prescribing Information and evidence.
• Ability to learn regulatory material quickly with measurable results.
• AI is used in daily work and you have automated parts of your own job.

Responsibilities

• Maximize reviewer agreement with Falcon's findings across the US market.
• Lead regulatory monitoring system with engineering and product, and coordinate with other regions.
• Operationalize the reviewer-feedback loop, turning customer inputs into product improvements.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve why Falcon flags items; read traces, find root causes, and build processes for handling questions with users.
• Automate recurring tasks with AI workflows.
• Own quality benchmarks in cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product.
