Job summary

Veeva Systems is hiring an MLR expert to own review quality across Europe for Falcon MLR, Veeva's AI application for medical, legal, and regulatory reviews. You will work with the founding team, shaping a product used by top pharmaceutical firms globally.

You have led MLR reviews, know European codes, and thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment, with EU residency and remote-first options.

Qualifications

Experience in MLR/PRC review of promotional material in pharma, biotech or via an agency.
Knowledge of European codes (EFPIA, ABPI, ENLI, FSA, Farmindustria, LEEM).
Ability to learn dense regulatory and legal material quickly with demonstrable results.
Familiarity with AI in daily work and automation of parts of your job.

Responsibilities

Maximize reviewer agreement with Falcon's findings across EU markets.
Lead regulatory monitoring with engineering and product, and coordinate with other regions.
Operationalize the reviewer-feedback loop, turning customer inputs into product improvements.
Investigate, diagnose and resolve why Falcon flags a item; read traces, find root cause, and fix it.
Automate recurring tasks with AI workflows
Own quality benchmarks in cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product
