Job summary

Sardine is seeking a highly autonomous Product Manager to lead Sonar, our agentic risk platform. You will own the product roadmap, shape API-based integrations, and ensure compliance within financial crime workflows.

This role requires fluency in designing scalable AI-enabled services and collaborating with legal, engineering, and enterprise clients. You will partner with fraud, AML, and investigations teams to translate regulations into product requirements, drive adoption across member

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in fintech, payment networks, or data platforms.
• Experience shipping APIs or developer-facing products.
• Hands-on with AI agents and infrastructure behind them.
• Working knowledge of fraud, AML, and investigations workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sonar product roadmap and infrastructure layers core to financial crime defense.
• Enable secure, governed channels for institutions to collaborate on investigations.
• Provide verified, auditable access for institutions and agents using Sonar.
• Connect related entities across institutions through governed intelligence.
• Make Sonar available across institutions' workflows and platforms.
• Write and maintain integration specs, playbooks, and docs for member integrations.
• Translate regulatory constraints into product requirements with legal input.
