Job summary

Sardine is building scalable AI-powered risk and fraud management platforms, empowering institutions and their agents to prevent financial crime. This high-autonomy PM role focuses on API-first development and a regulated data-sharing network, collaborating with Legal and Engineering to create auditable, secure solutions.

You will drive the product roadmap for Sonar, working across fraud, AML, and investigations teams, and define success metrics to measure adoption and impact across member

Qualifications

• Hands-on with API shipping and developer-facing products.
• Experience handling authentication, scoped credentials, and audit logging.
• Familiar with AI agent infrastructure and integration.
• Understanding of financial crime, fraud, AML, and investigations workflows.
• Experience working within data-use regulatory constraints (314(b), GLBA, FCRA) is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sonar roadmap and build infrastructure layers for enterprise use.
• Collaborate on secure, governed channels for institutions to share information.
• Define and track success metrics: adoption, inquiries, response times, quality of usage.
• Write technical specs, integration playbooks, and documentation for members and partners.
• Translate regulatory constraints into actionable product requirements with Legal input.
• Partner with Engineering on data architecture to scale the platform.
• Work with fraud, AML, and investigations teams to understand analyst workflows.
• Collaborate with BD, Sales, and Partnerships to onboard new institutions and partners.
