Sardine is seeking a seasoned Head of Fraud Product to lead strategy, development, and execution of our core fraud prevention suite. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, drive a cross-functional team, and stay ahead of bad actors with scalable, data-driven enterprise solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in product management, 5+ in leadership, and deep fraud domain expertise in payments. This is a remote-first opportunity with collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of product management experience in high-growth environments.
• Deep hands-on experience in fraud/risk domains within payments or fintech.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

• Define and execute the roadmap for Sardine's fraud product portfolio.
• Lead a team of PMs and collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Risk Ops and GTM.
• Optimize fraud detection metrics and minimize false positives for merchants.
