Job summary

Single Grain LLC is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to run our virtual and in-person events end-to-end. You will own the event calendar, ship two internal webinars and one partner webinar each month, and host two founder-style dinners per quarter, driving pipeline with measurable outcomes.

You’ll build airtight project plans, run speaker checks, launch promo sequences, and implement AI workflows for registration, reminders, and KPI dashboards, reporting weekly to the CEO and collaborating

Qualifications

• 3–5 years running B2B demand-gen webinars / events that produced real pipeline
• Demonstrated AI automations beyond copy-paste (Zapier-like)
• Fluent in HubSpot, Zoom or Streamyard, project boards (Asana), and basic funnel math
• Ruthless project manager—drives cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Remote-first with 3+ hours overlap with US Pacific; LATAM time zones welcomed

Responsibilities

• Own the event calendar — 2 internal webinars + 1 partner webinar per month, 2 live dinners per quarter
• Build airtight project plans, run speaker tech checks, launch promo sequences, and execute day-of logistics
• Spin up AI workflows for registration, reminders, post-event nurture, and KPI dashboards—then iterate
• Hit ≥ 1 SQL per webinar; log and attribute pipeline in HubSpot
• Secure venues, negotiate co-marketing swaps, manage lean events budget
• Publish retro decks within 48 hrs: lessons, funnel metrics, and next-sprint optimizations
• Report weekly to the CEO; partner with Sales & RevOps
