Sedgwick is seeking a strategic, customer-focused VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager to lead AI‑enabled enterprise data products. You will define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes across a portfolio that includes analytics platforms, data sharing capabilities, and semantic data models.

You will lead Product Managers and Product Owners, partner with Data Engineering, Security, Governance, and Business leaders, and drive measurable value, governance, and scalable, secure

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, IS, Eng, Data Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics Platforms, AI Products, or Enterprise Technology.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or Product Owners.
• Experience with Agile or scaled Agile environments and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap, investment priorities for AI and data products.
• Own product KPIs and portfolio OKRs, align with enterprise goals.
• Ensure security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI requirements are met.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and delivery teams.
