Sedgwick seeks a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for AI-enabled enterprise data products. You will lead product managers and collaborate with data engineering, security, governance, and business leaders to deliver scalable, secure data capabilities.

You will drive AI analytics, data-sharing, and governance portfolios to deliver measurable business value and ensure responsible AI practices across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in product management including data/AI.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of data as a product, governance, and security.

• Define multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise AI data products.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams with alignment to strategy.
• Own KPI and OKR portfolio for value delivery.
