Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a strategic VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for its AI-enabled data product portfolio. You will own a multi-year roadmap and drive business outcomes across data, analytics, and platform teams.

You will lead Product Owners and collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, Governance, and Analytics to deliver secure, scalable enterprise capabilities that enable better decisions and measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics, or Enterprise Tech.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or Product Owners.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for enterprise AI and data products.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams, aligning strategy, execution, and client outcomes.
• Own product portfolio KPIs and contribute to enterprise OKRs and value delivery.
• Drive AI-powered analytics capabilities with natural language interfaces and trusted insights.
• Define data-sharing strategies and governance controls for secure enterprise distribution.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate roadmap progress, risks, and value realization.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and delivery teams to foster innovation and accountability.
