Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for AI-enabled enterprise data products. You will lead a portfolio of data products, collaborate with data engineering, security, governance, and business leaders, and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will mentor Product Owners and Analysts, ensure governance and compliance, and partner with executives to align roadmap with enterprise goals and client value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IS, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics Platforms, AI Products or Enterprise Technology.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and multi-year strategy for enterprise AI and data products.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams and manage backlog quality and prioritization.
• Own portfolio KPIs and contribute to enterprise OKRs and value delivery.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, governance and responsible AI requirements.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and delivery teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
