Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP OmniAnalyst Product Manager to define and execute the AI-enabled enterprise data product strategy across a portfolio of analytics platforms. You will lead Product Managers and collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, Governance, and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable enterprise capabilities that drive client value and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years in product management, data products, analytics platforms or AI products.
5+ years leading product managers or product owners and managing portfolios.

Responsibilities

Define and own the multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for enterprise AI and data products.
Oversee delivery across multiple teams; align strategy, execution, architecture and client outcomes.
Establish governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance for data products.
Own KPIs, OKRs, and value realization across the product portfolio.
Drive AI-powered analytics experiences with explainable, trustworthy insights.
Lead and develop product teams; advocate customer-centric, outcome-based planning.
