Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management or related experience.
- Demonstrated leadership of a product area or channel strategy.
- Deep expertise in retirement and wealth management.
- Extensive experience defining and executing AI product strategies.
- Strong technical credibility and ability to influence engineering leadership.
- Experience partnering with VP-level stakeholders as an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate an 18–24 month product vision and roadmap for the assigned channel.
- Establish AI experience strategy and competitive positioning to support growth.
- Present product strategy and secure alignment with executive leadership.
- Set standards for product specifications and delivery practices across teams.
- Drive accountability for business outcomes and customer value beyond milestones.
