Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience delivering production AI/ML systems with model deployment.
- Strong programming in Python, TypeScript, or Rust.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, data pipelines.
- Experience with MLOps and production reliability.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of complex AI solutions including LLM apps.
- Own technical direction for major AI components.
- Drive engineering practices for evaluation, testing, monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, data, and governance partners.
- Define architecture decisions including API design.
- Ensure security, privacy, and responsible AI.
- Mentor engineers and raise team capability.
- Identify risks and implement mitigations.
