Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in compliance technology at regulated financial institutions or with FIs.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (Claude, GPT) in production.
• Experience with ML and heuristic models in monitoring and screening.

• Build with modern AI tools to automate oversight, monitoring and documentation.
• Design human-in-the-loop checkpoints to defend outputs for regulators.
• Establish governance frameworks aligned with SR 11-7, SR 26-2, OCC 2011-12.
• Lead real-time dashboards for model health and data quality monitoring.
• Set thresholds and BTl testing controls for monitoring effectiveness.
• Identify when model performance degrades and requires tuning or deprecation.
• Provide end-to-end oversight of Transaction Monitoring models and data pipelines.
• Oversee blockchain analytics and screening tools with TRM and Chainalysis.
