Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a specialist engineer to build AI-native tools for legal and compliance teams within a global cryptocurrency platform. The role partners with Legal, Compliance and the MLRO to design retrieval, agentic and evaluation systems that speed up regulatory workflows.

The ideal candidate combines compliance operations knowledge with modern LLM architecture and rapid prototyping in ambiguous problem spaces.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in compliance or legal tech
Strong knowledge of compliance rules and day-to-day operations
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
Experience with retrieval-augmented generation systems and related tooling
Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

Support internal compliance policy reviews and remediation tracking
Coordinate action items across Legal, Compliance and stakeholders
Design AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency of legal operations
Build LLM-based workflows using retrieval-augmented generation and multi-agent architectures
Develop benchmarks and evaluation methods for retrieval quality and latency
Prototype new ideas for ambiguous legal and compliance workflow challenges
Assist with administrative and operational compliance activities
