You will build and scale platform capabilities, foster engineering excellence, and collaborate with product, domain, and business leaders to deliver secure, reusable AI services enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems.
• 5+ years in engineering management leading high-performing teams.
• Strong background in platform engineering, APIs, orchestration, and SOA.
• Experience leading Applied AI or workflow automation in production.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional strategy and execution.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineering teams for Applied AI platform capabilities.
• Define and drive technical strategy for foundational AI platforms.
• Partner with product and business leaders to translate needs into platform solutions.
• Oversee secure, resilient, and extensible systems for AI experiences.
• Establish engineering standards across architecture, quality, observability, and operations.
• Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
