Job summary

Bread Financial is seeking a Product AI Agentic Senior Manager to lead a team of product owners and managers focused on AI-driven digital commerce capabilities from concept through pilot and scale.

You will collaborate with technology, platform, and business teams to align product goals, manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and shape the company's strategy for AI-enabled experiences that connect consumers, brands, and financing solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10–13 years in product management or related field including delivering digital platform capabilities or integrated technology solutions.
• 3+ years of direct leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Business Analysis, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI-driven commerce features and cross-functional coordination across product initiatives.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of roadmaps; align team activities with strategy and roadmap.
• Communicate progress, pilot outcomes, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Act as liaison between product, engineering, platform and business teams to support alignment on emergent agentic commerce opportunities and scale.
