Job summary

Scale Up is hiring an Automation Specialist to own the automation infrastructure powering key business operations. You will design, maintain, and optimize workflows across lead management, CRM processes, and internal reporting in a fully remote, full-time role.

Seeking 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience with Zapier/Make or similar platforms, strong Salesforce knowledge, and ability to code in Python and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience building multi-step automations with common platforms.
• Strong Salesforce understanding: object relationships, field mapping, CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs with live workflows and prompt engineering.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation logic.

Responsibilities

• Own automation ecosystem end-to-end: design, build, maintain and optimize workflows.
• Develop lead automation, CRM synchronization, enrichment, and routing across platforms.
• Create automated reporting for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Support internal workflows: candidate screening, meeting intelligence, calendar sync, credential management.
• Document workflows for maintainability; identify opportunities to improve systems.
