About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Growth & Automation Manager to help drive growth, automation, AI implementation, and operational efficiency across a rapidly growing portfolio of companies in the construction, manufacturing, and home services industries.

This individual will work directly with executive leadership and play a key role in helping multiple businesses scale through technology, automation, process improvement, lead generation, and systems optimization.

We are looking for a builder, problem-solver, and systems thinker who enjoys identifying inefficiencies, creating solutions, and leveraging modern technology to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain company websites, landing pages, and digital assets.
• Design and manage automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, N8N, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar technologies.
• Implement AI-powered solutions that improve internal workflows, productivity, reporting, and business operations.
• Support lead generation initiatives through SEO, digital marketing, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems, lead routing, sales pipelines, reporting, and automation workflows.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions that reduce manual work and improve performance.
• Analyze KPIs and business data to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
• Collaborate directly with leadership on growth initiatives, technology implementation, and operational strategy.
• Assist with software integrations, system implementations, and business process improvements.
• Support multiple business units and brands while maintaining consistency in reporting, systems, and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation, growth marketing, business systems, revenue operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or similar systems.
• Hands‑on experience building automations using Zapier, Make.com, N8N, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, marketing funnels, and CRM workflows.
• Experience managing websites through WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI tools and workflows in a business environment.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI tools, AI agents, or similar technologies.
• Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern business systems.
• Experience supporting multiple brands or business units simultaneously.
• Exposure to construction, manufacturing, home services, or service‑based industries.
