Job summary

• Ability to design and implement software changes.
• Strong communication with business/tech teams.
• Familiarity with the listed tech stack and tools.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration and automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical staff to resolve feasibility and design issues.
• Evaluate, utilize, and lead AI/ML capabilities for product changes.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and data teams to define requirements.
• Develop new business processes and programming solutions from requirements/backlogs.
• Apply modeling, design, and coding skills to deliver quality solutions.
• Design applications to meet functional and technical standards.
• Translate user requirements into design specifications.
• Develop system specifications and interfaces.
• Estimate time and schedule work accordingly.
• Code new features and fixes to production problems.
• Participate in code reviews and walkthroughs.
• Design and support testing of code prior to deployment.
• Provide On-Call support as needed.
• Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
