Responsabilités

• Own the account context for selected Creative Operations clients: stakeholders, priorities, history, risks, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Run the client operating rhythm so meetings and updates stay on track and avoid memory drift.
• Turn vague requests into clear next steps, owners, dependencies, and decisions.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows for prep, research, summaries, tracking, and QA.
• Maintain reusable context and stakeholder maps to support consistent client service.
