Qualifications

• Demonstrated design excellence in at least one professional discipline.
• A portfolio (personal site, Behance, Dribbble, ArtStation, shipped product, published work, or equivalent) shows finished, high-quality work.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written communication for critiques and rationale.
• High attention to detail and ability to work from evolving instructions in a fast-paced evaluation setting.
• Ability to evaluate design quality outside your primary specialty and explain why some designs work or don’t.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate design outputs across visual assets, layouts, documents, websites, interactive prototypes, and games.
• Distinguish weak design from clear, functional, well-resolved work and articulate issues clearly.
• Refine or recreate outputs to produce strong examples.
• Write precise annotations and critiques explaining design choices.
• Help label high-quality datasets spanning graphic design, interface design, web experiences, game feel, and design writing.
• Collaborate with engineering on rubrics and examples that set a high bar for design quality.
• Work across briefs and styles, maintaining quality and judgment.
