• Evaluate design outputs across formats (visual assets, layouts, documents, websites, interactive prototypes, games)
• Distinguish weak design from clear, functional work; articulate issues that look attractive but fail in use
• Refine or recreate outputs to produce strong examples
• Write precise annotations and critiques on design quality levels (mediocre to excellent)
• Help label high-quality datasets spanning graphic/interface/web/game design writing
• Collaborate with engineering on rubrics and examples that set a high bar for design quality
• Work across briefs and styles, maintaining quality and judgment
