Job summary

Stello seeks a Deployment Strategist to run client engagements from the first meeting to measurable results. You will partner with client executives, lead delivery with engineers, and track how each AI agent performs in production.

Requirements include 2+ years in consulting or related roles, strong SQL/data skills, and the ability to translate business problems into actionable plans. This is a fully remote role with travel to client sites, paid by the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, product management, or program management.
• Led a project from start to finish, and you can explain what you changed and what happened.
• You can turn an open-ended business problem into requirements and a practical plan.
• You are comfortable with SQL and using data to make a case.

Responsibilities

• Find the bottleneck through discovery sessions and map how the work gets done.
• Decide what to build with client executives to maximize impact and value.
• Define the product with a project plan, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead delivery, test prototypes with users, and keep timelines across engagements.
• Measure the results with defined metrics and adjust as needed.
• Lead client relationships, present results to leadership, and identify next automation opportunities.
• Build a repeatable playbook from each engagement.
