Job summary

SoftSnow is seeking an experienced AI Strategist to own client engagements from kickoff to delivery in a remote role. You will translate business challenges into actionable plans, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality execution with senior executives.

You will drive discovery, build roadmaps, and oversee deliverables while applying AI tools to accelerate value. This role offers direct access to VP/C-suite leaders and growth in a fast-growing AI-focused company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client services, account management, or project management at a consulting firm, agency, or technology services company.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and driving projects to successful completion.
• Utilization of AI tools to find efficiencies and improve outputs in day-to-day role.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and day-to-day client communication, serving as the primary contact for client stakeholders—from department heads to C-suite executives.
• Lead the weekly client cadence by ensuring seamless execution of agendas and meeting materials, facilitating discussions, and documenting decisions, action owners, and next steps.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client pain points, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities; synthesize findings into clear recommendations for the team.
• Build and manage project plans, implementation roadmaps, and phased delivery timelines; identify gaps, risks, and dependencies.
• Own creation and quality control of all client-facing deliverables (strategic decks, emails, status updates, briefs, diagrams) meeting standards for accuracy and brand.
• Ensure the team completes the work to create measurable client value by assigning owners, resolving blockers, and tracking progress.
• Help establish and refine internal processes, templates, and communication standards for scalable delivery.
