Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering production applications or enterprise solutions.
• 3-5 years as a software developer with shipping code.
• Ability to read, write, debug production code.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript development experience.
• Experience with Git, PRs, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience securing REST APIs and data protection.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production apps and AI-enabled solutions.
• Guide business teams and translate requirements into solutions.
• Provide hands-on guidance during design, prototyping, testing, and deployment.
• Manage delivery scope, timelines, risks, and handoffs.
• Write clean, secure, well-documented code with SDLC practices.
• Build components across front end, service tier, APIs, and data layers.
• Diagnose defects and harden production solutions.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness and security.
• Establish reusable patterns and guardrails for governed production.
