Job summary

CoorsTek, Inc. is seeking an AI Deployment Engineer to design, develop, deploy and support AI-enabled production software.

The role involves full development lifecycle responsibilities, collaboration with IT and operations teams, and adherence to enterprise governance and security standards. The ideal candidate will transform business needs into scalable, secure software across front-end, service tier, and data layers, leveraging AI tools while delivering production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent professional software development experience may substitute for a degree.
• 3+ years in IT, automation, business systems, manufacturing technology, analytics, software delivery, AI enablement, or a related field with hands-on production apps.
• 3-5 years as a software developer or engineer with shipping code to production.
• Ability to read, write, debug, modify, and explain production-quality code.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript development across frontend, service tier, API, automation, scripting, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production apps and AI-enabled solutions using code, APIs, cloud services, databases, integrations, and enterprise platforms.
• Serve as a technical guide for business teams to build usable solutions.
• Provide hands-on guidance during design, prototyping, testing, and deployment while ensuring enterprise standards.
• Manage solution delivery from discovery through deployment and early-life support.
• Write clean, secure, documented code with source control, testing, and deployment practices.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and scalable applications.
