Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering production applications or enterprise solutions.
• 3-5 years as a software developer with shipping code into production.
• Proficient reading, writing, debugging, and explaining production-quality code.
• Strong Python or TypeScript across front-end, service tier, APIs, automation.
• Experience with Git, branching, PRs, code review, testing, deployment, monitoring.
• Experience consuming and securing REST APIs.
• Knowledge of application security, data protection, and secure development practices.
• Ability to assess AI-generated code for production readiness.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Cross-site/global initiatives experience preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, Azure-hosted apps, Databricks or plant automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production applications and AI-enabled solutions.
• Serve as technical guide to business teams to build practical solutions.
• Provide hands-on guidance during design, prototyping, testing, and deployment.
• Manage solution delivery from discovery to early-life support.
• Write clean, secure, well-documented code with established practices.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and scalable software.
• Build components across frontend, service tier, APIs, and data layer.
• Diagnose issues, refactor, and harden solutions for production use.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
• Establish reusable patterns, templates, and governance practices.
• Collaborate with IT, security, data, and architecture to meet enterprise standards.
• Support citizen developers by guarding guardrails and guiding governance.
