AuraOne, Inc. is seeking an AI data reviewer for the remote evaluation track of car-mounted 360° video recorder assessments. You will compare model outputs to a versioned rubric, assign severity, and provide structured rationales to guide retraining of the model.

Responsibilities include tagging errors, labeling unsafe content, and documenting recurring issues for future rubric updates. This contractor role requires reliable weekly hours from a remote location in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience with annotation or evaluation on video/data.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across large batches.
• Clear written reasoning that cites rubric clauses.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
• Background in linguistics, moderation, or trust & safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate car mounted 360 video recorder evaluation model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and justify the stronger answer with rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route to the program team for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibrating against gold-standard examples weekly.
• Document recurring failure modes so the modeling team can target them in training.
