You will label edge cases, provideReasoned rationales, and help retrain the model by creating structured feedback and regression cases. Responsibilities include comparing paired responses, tagging unsafe or incorrect content, and maintaining calibration with gold-standard examples on a weekly cadence.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation or annotation experience on smartphone video recorder evaluation or related content.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that cites the rubric clause used.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag problematic prompts.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate smartphone video recorder evaluation model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structure tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibration against gold-standard examples weekly.
• Document recurring failure modes for model improvement.
