Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress.
• Excellent written English and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and sound judgement.
• At least one year of experience evaluating against defined standards or equivalent experience.
• Backgrounds may include QA/testing, editorial/writing/research, UI/UX or design, photography or video production, technical writing and documentation.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated text, images, videos, and documents against detailed quality criteria.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, inaccuracies and areas requiring improvement.
• Assess outputs for quality, accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Provide clear, structured written explanations supporting evaluation decisions.
• Apply detailed assessment criteria consistently across content types.
• Follow established guidelines and complete evaluations independently.
• Contribute to improving AI model performance through accurate feedback.
