Job summary

Workada is seeking a detail-oriented evaluator to review outputs from AI models, text, images, and video against precise criteria. You’ll identify errors, justify judgments with clear explanations, and contribute to higher quality systems.

The role emphasizes strong English writing and critical thinking in a remote, flexible contract. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's (or in progress), at least 1 year evaluating work to standards, and resides in the US or Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Excellent written English — clear, precise, well-organized.
• Strong attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of experience in evaluating or reviewing work against a standard (e.g., UI/UX design, photography, video production, editorial, QA, or technical writing).
• Equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate outputs from AI models, text, images, video, and documents against detailed criteria.
• Assess quality, spot errors and inconsistencies, and write clear, well-reasoned justifications for your judgments.
• Each evaluation helps improve systems in real-world use.
