Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/ML or related field; PhD a plus.
• 8+ years software development with 3+ years deploying production AI apps.
• Expert in LangGraph for complex multi-step reasoning.
• Expert in agentic solutions with planning, memory, tool integration.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term AI platform architecture and strategy.
• Standardise graph-based LLM orchestration for complex tasks.
• Develop robust memory/state for long-running agent workflows.
• Advance PEFT techniques to maximize performance with cost control.
• Build and maintain model serving infrastructure for high throughput.
• Ensure AI operations with observability and tracing frameworks.
• Mentor senior and junior engineers; drive cross-functional delivery.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for roadmap execution.
• Stay current with GenAI trends and banking-sector AI use cases.
