Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Capable of thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear exchanges sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Explaining in writing what looked or sounded wrong with specifics.
