Job summary

My Broker Search is seeking an independent sales partner for ProReCrm, a AI-powered CRM and marketing platform. This fully remote 1099 role lets you set your own hours, work from anywhere, and control your workload.

Earn commissions based on successful referrals and sales, with access to marketing materials and product support to help close deals. You’ll identify prospects, drive leads, present ProReCrm, and assist clients through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and connect with potential clients.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Interest in sales, marketing, technology, SaaS, CRM platforms, or business growth solutions.
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, insurance, digital marketing, or B2B sales is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable using email, social media, phone calls, networking, or other outreach methods to generate leads.
• Basic understanding of CRM software and online business tools is beneficial.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to earn based on performance.
• No specific degree required; results and initiative matter more than formal education.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through preferred channels.
• Introduce prospects to ProReCrm and schedule product demonstrations when needed.
• Help interested clients get started and navigate the onboarding process.
• Coordinate with marketing and support teams as needed to close referrals.
