GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring a Creative Technologist to lead AI-driven creative pipelines for CTV campaigns, from briefs to client-ready videos. You’ll prototype AI agents, QA outputs, and iterate across Photoshop, Premiere, and Firefly, while adapting concepts for geo and language localization.

This fully remote role emphasizes sprint execution and independent delivery. The ideal candidate blends Adobe expertise, AI tooling fluency, and strong storytelling with the ability to produce 15–60

Competenze

• Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite for production-ready files.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools and prompt-engineering.
• Strong ability to strategize, storyboard, and present concepts.
• Knowledge of CTV/ad specs and compliance standards.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a sprint cadence with documentation.

Mansioni

• Prototype and build AI creative agent pipelines from brief to final video.
• Own end-to-end CTV video production workflow and QA outputs.
• Create banners, banners, OEM ads, and mockups for multiple OEMs.
• Design and update sales decks and client-specific presentations.
• Maintain a creative performance repository and document standards.
