Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring a Senior AI Video & Multimedia Designer. You will own the end-to-end AI-driven video production pipeline for CTV campaigns, prototyping with Claude, Firefly, Flora AI, and related tools, and QA every AI output before client delivery.

You will also craft static creatives, OEM ad units, and sales collateral, while maintaining templates and playbooks. The role requires strong creative judgment, independence in sprint cycles, and fluency with Adobe software.

Qualifications

• Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite and AI video tools.
• Strong prompt engineering and AI tool fluency.
• Figma proficiency for storyboarding and layout.
• CTV/ad specs knowledge and compliance.
• Ability to execute independently in a sprint/async environment.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and build an AI creative agent pipeline from brief to final video.
• Own end-to-end video production for 15s/30s/60s CTV ads and QA AI outputs.
• Create banners, mockups, and assets for OEM specs and client pitches.
• Design decks, case studies, and best-practice guides, with documentation.
• Maintain creative repository and ensure compliance with disclosures.
