Job summary

Talener seeks a Microsoft CoPilot AI Developer to design and deploy AI-powered agents across the Microsoft ecosystem. The role focuses on Copilot Studio, Azure AI/OpenAI, and Power Platform to translate business use cases into production-ready AI solutions.

The position is remote in the United States with visa sponsorship unavailable. Ideal candidates will have hands-on Copilot Studio experience, strong Azure expertise, and a track record building AI agents and workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development or AI solution development experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.
• Strong experience with Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and cloud services.
• Experience building RAG, LLM, chatbot, or AI agent solutions.
• Microsoft Fabric and retail/eComm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
• Building agentic workflows.
• Develop integrations using APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and custom actions.
• Build LLM and RAG solutions using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Implement security, governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
