Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing, all on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your feedback helps shape how AI systems learn and perform in real-world use. This is a flexible, 1099 contract role with pay per hour and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a detailed explanation of observations.
