Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely with a flexible schedule. You will rate and explain live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and identify issues such as distorted movement, text errors, or mismatched audio.

You will help improve AI systems by providing written explanations of what looked or sounded off, while working from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Ability to think clearly and make decisive judgments when evaluating output.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality and realism, then writing a concise English explanation of findings.
